01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("the User") and rrr3 ("the Platform," "we," "us"). They apply to all use of the rrr3 website, platform features, sports betting services, Live Casino, Fish Games, the VIP programme and all payment services operated under the rrr3 brand at rrr3.win.

Access to the rrr3 platform is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any other feature of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies or guidelines referenced within them, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for users in Pakistan. If there is any conflict between a translation and the English version, the English version takes precedence.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the rrr3 platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. rrr3 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentation confirming your date of birth at any point. Any account found to belong to a user under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the rrr3 platform complies with the laws applicable to you in your location. rrr3 does not make representations about the legality of online gaming or sports betting in any specific jurisdiction. Users must satisfy themselves that their participation is lawful before registering or using the platform.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person.
• You must not be using the platform in a professional capacity on behalf of an employer or organisation without written authorisation from rrr3.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

03 Account Registration and Rules

Each user may hold only one active account on rrr3. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts – whether using the same identity, the same device, the same payment method or a combination – is a breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, rrr3 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. rrr3 will not be liable for errors caused by outdated or incorrect information provided by the user.

Your account credentials – username and password – are personal to you. You must not share them with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify rrr3 support immediately. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the user has shared their login details or failed to keep them secure.

rrr3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where the platform determines, at its reasonable discretion, that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued account operation poses a risk to the platform or other users.

04 Deposits and Payments

rrr3 operates entirely in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). All deposits, balances and transactions on the platform are denominated in PKR. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard and other mobile wallets as displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.

You must only deposit from payment accounts or wallets that belong to you. Third-party deposits – where the source account or wallet is registered in a name other than your own – are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account may be subject to review.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly on the Deposit page before you initiate a transaction. rrr3 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, mobile network issues or bank processing times once the deposit instruction has left the platform.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your rrr3 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard measure to prevent misuse and money movement between unverified accounts.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, rrr3 may require you to complete an identity verification step. This can include providing a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, or other documentation as requested. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts or wallets that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered user.

Processing times for withdrawals depend on your chosen payment method and your VIP tier. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts in good standing are generally processed faster than bank transfers. VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority processing, which reduces average turnaround time significantly.

rrr3 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request while identity verification is completed or while an account is under review. Users will be notified of any hold and the reason where disclosure is permissible.

06 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on rrr3 are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time the bet is placed. By placing a bet, you accept the displayed odds, the market description and the applicable settlement rules for that market. Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the user unless the platform expressly offers a cash-out or edit option for the specific bet type.

Cricket markets – including PSL, international Test matches, T20 internationals and bilateral series – are subject to the cricket-specific rules governing abandoned matches, reduced-overs games, player withdrawal and match postponement. Where a match is abandoned or does not complete for reasons outside rrr3's control, affected bets will be settled according to the applicable market rules, which may result in void bets rather than settled results.

rrr3 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on information that was unavailable or incorrect in the platform's data feed at the time of placement, or where the odds were clearly erroneous. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the user's account balance.

07 Live Casino and Fish Games

The Live Casino section on rrr3 is powered by third-party game providers who stream tables in real time. The rules for each individual game – Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and others – are governed by the rules of that game as displayed in the live game interface. rrr3 presents these games as a platform but does not control the outcome of any live casino game.

Technical failures during a live casino session – including disconnections, stream interruptions or software errors – will be handled according to the game provider's published rules. Where a game round is interrupted before completion, the provider's resolution rules apply. rrr3 is not liable for losses caused by disconnections on the user's side, including mobile data drops or device failures.

Fish Games on rrr3 are skill-influenced shooting games where your credits are exchanged for shots. The PKR value of fish in the game changes depending on the table and the species. The outcome of each shot is governed by the game's mechanics as displayed in the interface. Credits used for shots that result in no capture are not refunded.

08 Bonuses and Promotions

rrr3 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements and expiry dates. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside the relevant offer and form part of these overall Terms.

Bonuses credited to your account may be subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier and qualifying games will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

rrr3 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where circumstances require. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers – including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or collusion between players to meet wagering requirements artificially – will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

09 VIP Programme

The rrr3 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative activity across the platform, including sports betting volume, Live Casino play and Fish Games sessions. The specific thresholds for each tier are published on the VIP page and are subject to change with notice.

VIP benefits – including cashback rates, enhanced odds, withdrawal priority and access to exclusive promotions – are applied automatically to qualifying accounts once the relevant tier threshold is reached. Benefits are reviewed periodically and may be adjusted. Tier status can be maintained or reduced depending on ongoing activity levels as outlined in the VIP programme rules.

rrr3 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the VIP programme at any time. In such cases, reasonable advance notice will be provided where possible. VIP status does not constitute a contractual entitlement to specific benefits beyond those currently published and active at the time of use.

10 Responsible Gaming

rrr3 is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment for adult users. The platform includes a suite of responsible gaming tools available through your account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are provided to help you manage your own gaming activity according to your personal circumstances and budget.

If you choose to set a deposit limit, the limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period as specified in your account settings. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing it requires the cooling-off period to elapse. Self-exclusion closes your account to deposits and betting for the selected duration.

rrr3 strongly encourages users to play within their means and to treat the platform as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income. Gaming should not be used to address financial pressures, emotional stress or personal difficulties. 11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rrr3 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Creating more than one account per person or household.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or tools to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit odds movements.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting or use of privileged information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses or circumvent platform rules.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or depositing funds from accounts registered in another person's name.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt or interfere with the platform's software, servers or data.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, account closure or platform restriction that has been applied to your account.

12 Limitation of Liability

rrr3 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime, accuracy of odds and availability of payment services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseeable technical issues may cause temporary unavailability.

rrr3's liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user and currently held as cleared balance in their account. We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of opportunity, consequential losses or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

We are not liable for losses resulting from a user's reliance on odds, markets or information displayed as a result of a technical error, a data feed failure or an obvious pricing mistake. Such bets may be voided and stakes returned at rrr3's discretion.

rrr3 is not responsible for any tax obligations that arise from your winnings. Users are solely responsible for understanding and fulfilling any tax reporting or payment obligations applicable to them under the laws of their jurisdiction.

13 Changes to These Terms

rrr3 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the platform or by email where contact details are available. Continued use of the platform after the updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account status.
